1. Permintaan Janji Temu (Reservasi Online)
- Pengisian formulir “Permintaan Jadwal” di situs web ini bersifat pengajuan awal dan tidak menjamin ketersediaan jam praktik secara mutlak.
- Jadwal Anda baru dianggap Final dan Terkonfirmasi setelah staf administrasi kami menghubungi Anda melalui WhatsApp atau telepon untuk melakukan validasi.
- Klinik berhak menjadwalkan ulang atau membatalkan permintaan janji temu apabila dokter yang bersangkutan berhalangan hadir atau ada kondisi darurat klinis.
2. Tarif dan Pembayaran
- Tarif layanan yang tercantum di situs web ini adalah estimasi atau biaya dasar (dimulai dari).
- Biaya akhir dapat berubah bergantung pada durasi konsultasi aktual, tindakan medis tambahan, pemeriksaan penunjang (seperti QEEG, observasi), serta resep obat yang diberikan oleh dokter/ahli.
- Pembayaran yang sah hanya dilakukan melalui saluran resmi Klinik Talenta Center (Kasir Klinik atau Rekening Bank Resmi atas nama klinik). Kami tidak pernah meminta transfer ke rekening pribadi staf.
3. Penggunaan Situs Web
Anda setuju untuk menggunakan situs web ini hanya untuk tujuan yang sah. Anda dilarang keras untuk:
- Melakukan spamming pada formulir kontak atau reservasi kami. (Sistem keamanan kami akan secara otomatis memblokir alamat IP yang terdeteksi melakukan aktivitas pengiriman formulir secara tidak wajar).
- Mencoba mendapatkan akses tidak sah ke sistem administrasi situs web (backend).
- Menyebarkan virus, malware, atau kode berbahaya lainnya.

1. Appointment Requests (Online Reservation)
- Submitting a “Schedule Request” form on this website constitutes an initial request and does not absolutely guarantee the availability of the requested time slot.
- Your schedule is only considered Final and Confirmed after our administration staff contacts you via WhatsApp or phone for validation.
- The clinic reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment request if the attending physician is unavailable or due to a clinical emergency.
2. Pricing and Payments
- The service fees listed on this website are estimates or base fees (starting from).
- The final cost may vary depending on the actual duration of the consultation, additional medical procedures, supporting examinations (such as QEEG, observations), and medications prescribed by the doctor/specialist.
- Valid payments are only made through the official channels of Klinik Talenta Center (Clinic Cashier or Official Bank Account under the clinic’s name). We never request transfers to a staff member’s personal account.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:
- Spamming our contact or reservation forms. (Our security system will automatically block IP addresses detected performing abnormal form submission activities).
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the website’s administration system (backend).
